Former colleagues and interns commenting about their work & internship

Master in Physical Education, teaching work, Primary School & Middle School, 2022-2023

It has been a pleasure to work in your institution, I have learned a lot and enjoyed it. If the opportunity arises, I would like to return to work with you in the future.

Teaching license, Nursery, 2022-2023

Thank you very much for all the guidance, support and help you had given to me in those years of work in your company.

BA in Technology, assistance work, 2023

Thank you very much for this experience, I really enjoyed working in this school, I learned a lot and I hope to be able to come back and work there when I come back to Japan!

BA in Geography, internship in Summer 2023

The working environment is good, the colleagues are really pleasant and helpful, there's plenty of equipment on hand to carry out activities and the premises are pleasant. I think that at the end of this internship, my skills, both in carrying out activities and managing students, have improved, as has my language level, both in English and especially in Japanese, where the fact of conversing daily with my Japanese colleagues and students has enabled me to improve enormously. This internship gave me an excellent insight into kindergarten teaching abroad and in Japan in particular, and enabled me to reinforce what I already knew about the education system, especially in kindergarten, improve my language skills, student management and also give me a glimpse of real day-to-day life in Japan. All this helped me in my future professional project, which is to work in secondary or university education in Japan. A very good professional experience.

Master in Engineering, internship in Summer 2023

I'd like to thank you for welcoming me to your school, where I was able to discover Japanese culture with the students, giving me a wonderful experience.

BA in English & Japanese, internship in Winter 2023

I've grown from my internship at your school. I was able to experience taking co-charge of classes and expressing myself in front of them, proposing and carrying out activities adapted to each student. I liked working with students and the team. It also confirmed my desire to work with children at your school, which promotes cultural diversity,

Master in French as Second Language, internship in Winter 2023

Thank you for allowing me to do my internship at EIFJ, thank you for your daily help. I wish you, the students, the teachers and the school all the best.

Student in accounting and management, Cegep Champlain St. Lawrence, Quebec, Canada:

My employment with Mr. Levet was warm and well structured. We were quickly able to establish the goals and expectations of the internship and I immediately felt listened. My time at school allowed me to meet many dedicated professionals from around the world who were always ready to talk to me about Japan and their home country. My tasks were very varied (accounting, documents' drafting, English tutoring), and I felt encouraged every day, notably to put together a record of all my activities during the internship, so I could easily keep track of my work that will definitely help me grow professionally. I am totally satisfied with my choice of having worked at the French-Japanese International School. Highly recommended!

Célia, student in BTS International Business in Douai, Northern France, holder of the BAFA in schools

Student in BTS International Business in Douai, Northern France, holder of the BAFA in schools two months. This period allowed me to gain professional experience since I have been able to work in different areas such as Human Resources, Marketing Clients Canvassing, and childcare, which allowed me to complete my professional achievements for a future examination and give me a big boost in the choice of my studies as well as my future job because I could figure out my preferences through the assignments that I was given. I really enjoyed this internship since I cooperated with a friendly team but also caring about me and always ready to help me if necessary. From the first day, I felt comfortable in the environment of Golden M Group LLC which has a modern school and where children enjoy coming each morning. The plus for me was the rooftop garden & patio, which was very well arranged by the owners for children but also a great place where I could work, outside or in the patio where wifi is available. My work for the French-Japanese International School was therefore a very good experience thanks to Mr. Levet as well as to the company’s staff and the children always joyful.

BA Japanese Studies, St John’s College, University of Cambridge, UK:

I want to express how very grateful I am that Mr Levet gave me the chance to participate in the amazing journey that is the growth of their wonderful school. I have had an absolutely spectacular time, not only teaching and playing with the children, watching their skills and confidence grow, but working alongside such inspiring, hard-working and motivated individuals such as Mr Levet. I could become part of an amazing team and contribute to a dream that is so worthwhile and necessary for all those families out there that want to open their children's minds and hearts to the world, not just Japan.

For teaching me patience, optimism, and how to work tirelessly in the service of others, I am eternally grateful to them. Thank you very much!
